  1. Just so everyone knows...

    Unless there is Thunder and Lightning, the Swimming WOD will be held as planned today.
    Don't be afraid of a little rain, I mean you are gonna get wet anyway, right?

    I'm actually looking forward to the pool being a little less crowded. Hopefully the grey skies scare away some of the septuagenarians and we have some more room to spread out:)

  2. Nice Job today swimmers!

    Would have been nice to have a larger group, especially considering we had the entire pool to ourselves for the first time.
    Hopefully the swim WOD hasn't lost it's novelty and we'll be back to full strength next weekend.

    Here's the workout, which I am calling "The (Souderton) Pool." I figured we should pay tribute to Wednesday's Games workout by replicating that WOD.

    Since we don't have a poolside rig I substituted side of the pool push-outs (or "gutter muscle ups") for the bar muscle ups.

    WOD was 10 rounds for time of...
    25 yard swim
    5 gutter muscle ups
    25 yard swim
    with a 25 minute cap
