    Rowing
    2,000m warm-up in 7:55
    5x500m with 2 minute rest between. Avg. 500 split 1:47.8

    Worked on Back Squats, Push Press and Deadlifts before doing...

    10 min EMOM 5X95# Squat Cleans

  18. WU - 3 Rep DL was 225#. That was my previous 1 Rep max. 40# PR (previously 3 Rep max was 185). Thanks to Missy for pushing me. I think if I would have had another 5 minutes I could have gotten a little more out of me!

    WOD felt good. Rx the DL weight 115# with JPU - 9:58. Someday I won't suck at pull ups!
