WOD: 7:47 - Power Cleans @ 55# - Could have gone heavier but I am happy with that time at that weight - 55# is my go to weight from the floor for most WODs. Starting to feel very light :)
(last year I was at 85# and finished in 9:57...85# felt REALLY heavy today...many factors involved though...the HEAT and the fact that I had just finished my first night shift the night before, so I was on no sleep! LOL)
7:05 65# Compared 7:36 65# on 3/20/12 Sharon, I am impressed considering I nearly drove off the road in full delerium on the way home from the hospital one of the few times I did nightshift.
Really wanted to get under 6 minutes, not to make excuses but I still feel toasted from yesterday's swimming WOD. The fatigue and soreness is different than what I'm used to in CrossFit!
warmup - 15x90# 17x95# could have bumped it up more but ran out of time
6:03 @ 80# should have bumped the weight here too to about 95#.
Clayton's tip from a few saturdays ago of popping the feet wide on the way back up on burpees makes all the difference in the world. They still suck, just not as bad.....

I did like this one. Wish I could have gone heavier but its a lung burner and that is my weakness.
Got up to 105# in Push Press warm up but only 6 reps of it in the second set.

Burpees actually didn't feel horrible this morning.
7:05
50 lb power clean

I was tempted to go lighter in weight, but I thought why not stick with it and it ended up working out well.
7:45 @ 65#
Feels good to be back after 2 weeks off:)
Did this at home - 8:33 58# hang cleans. 50 burpees felt like an appropriate back to reality check after a college friend's wedding weekend ha :)

7:35, 55# power clean. Burpees were definitely the tougher part.
