    1. 9:30 with 105 lbs, then 118 reps also with 105 lbs. this was a brutal workout for me. I don't consider overhead work a strength but I'm glad for the chance to work on it today. Both of my visiting friends also got a great workout. Thanks for being so accommodating.

  5. Absolutely loved this wod!! Thanks Wags for staying on me during the second one.

    My strength is most certainly NOT strict press - 1RM 50#
    70% = 35# for the wod. Struggled through the strict but flew through the push press and jerk.

    Power clean at 35# was insanely easy so my strategy was to fly! Made it through 21-21 on the ladder and got 7 cleans in the 24th set.

    Partner WOD:
    2 rounds:
    50 burpees over medball
    50 thrusters with medball, toss to partner (14#)
    50 sit ups (link feet together and pass med ball to partner
    200 m run

    We got 16:something
