    I tinkered with the damper setting, usually go with a 5 but dropped to a 4 for the first 4 rounds. 5 "seems" better for me but need to do some more experimenting.

    More Kipping PU...not quite as comfortable as Wednesday night but got them done. Jump Rope....did 84 singles in one shot. Now I need to figure out DUs.
