12 rds 45# & 24" step ups - I twinged my back slightly this past weekend and didn't want to risk aggravating it again before the Tri (which if anyone has good tips for... I'm all ears!)
Warmup: 125# max snatch. Tried for 135# twice, but couldn't get it. Can't quite seem to crack past that weight. Def. would be interested in the snatch seminar.
WOD: 12rds +15 @ 75# & 24" box. The return of the heat was not appreciated.

WOD: 12 rds + 10 ladies rx. Nice tip on the box jumps tony! Cycle them a lot faster using the corners. Great WOD on a day we will never forget.

Warm Up - hit #215 but with poor technique
WOD - 10 rds +1 #95, weight was good, the box jumps at 20" slowed me down.
Warm up - got to 50#. Slowly getting back.

Last year I did 15+11 with 35#, so I am pretty happy. Probably could have surpassed it, if I would have cleaned up my cleans!
Snatch - hit 103# (3# PR), tried 113# but couldn't get it. Great job last night...it was a hot and hard WOD.
