WOD: 34:44. 14# med ball, did singles instead of DU's, I attempted to cycle the KTE in the beginning but as I got tired I wasn't quite able to touch the knees. Happy with the ROM on the KTE. Definitely improved on this movement. Gutted out the PU's and the burpees for sure! Kept moving on the wall balls and chipped away at it. Definitely a very tough WOD.
Forgot to add 24" box and the two we didn't have to do were KBS and thrusters. If we had to do the thrusters, it would've made this WOD even more tough and brutal!

Went running this morning - about 2.5 miles total. There is a 0.4 loop near my house (not flat). I have a goal of getting around that loop in under 2:00 this year. I did it today in 2:06.
Spartan Race coming up Saturday!
I got this done more quickly than I expected because I went super light. Haven't done DL since I tweaked my back on Labor Day, so Jess and I thought it was better to go light with a KB. I probably should have gone heavier throughout, but I'm still figuring out my weights and now I know. Not having to do burpees cut a lot of the time out.

nice seeing Jessica again. thanks for sticking with me at the end. wouldn't have gotten close to 33 otherwise.
Tough workout but fun. Totally luck of the draw on this one. Didn't do dead lifts or pullups.

Thrusters were the worst for me I think.
DNF - Hit 40 min cap. This was the hardest WOD I have ever done:(
