WOD: 12:21 75#. That bar felt like a ton after yesterday's WOD! Loved the warm up. Sally up Sally down! Fun in the beginning, not so fun towards the end.

Still demolished from the volume in last night's WOD.

I haven't really tracking my run times. But I believe this morning was the fastest I have done the 800 meters, around 3:25. The Sally Up/Sally down with my heals on plates was great! Thighs were burning by the end! Also did 70# Thrusters in the WU.

13:16 60# and 5 KPU/15 JPU both rounds. First time actually sticking with KPU in the WOD. First round went well. Second round was bit of a struggle.

Worked on headstand push ups and double unders. Down to one ab mat now and can probably try no ab mat next time.
