Warmup: 90# 15 reps. I was really annoyed at the fact I didn't hit 20rm. The bar just slipped right out of my hands at rep #15. Gave it another shot but I was already smoked from the earlier set and only made it to 14 reps. WOD: 2:08 60#. Decided to go light and work on proper form. Today was a replica of yesterday. Hit snooze multiple times deciding if I should get up or not. But, you don't get better by laying in bed so I got my butt in the doors!

Warmup: 80# for the 20RM
Felt pretty good @ 80# probably could have made a run @ 90# but took what time was left and did a few 1-3 rep sets @ 110#.

Not totally thrilled with that time, the 16" box felt awkward and the voice in my head had me drop the KB 2x.

Warm up I got 19 reps on the power clean with 165#. Failed the 20th rep, flew right out of my hands. Alittle upset about that.

Wod did it in 4:08 Rx. Last time I did this wod I only got 29 reps. So almost a 4 minute pr!

Then after the wod we did 10 minutes even 25 air squats. Odd minutes 5 push press I did it at 135#

Warm-up--Got to 17 reps at 135 before I dropped. Just a little too heavy. Tried again at 115 but only got to 15 before time expired. Poor weight selection and time management on my part.

WOD-1:24 at 65#
After going a little heavy on the warm-up I decided to go with a weight I was pretty sure I could go unbroken on, which I did.

I'm with John, the darker/cooler mornings are making it difficult to get up this week! Took a lot of inner arguing to get into Apex today!

I think I was focusing on form a little too much. Probably could have sacrificed some for speed.

Post WOD: 10 min OTM:
5 Push Press 55# then 65# for last 2 rds.
25 air squats.

78# for 20rep max - possibly could've eeked on a couple more pounds but after I finished my forearms were quite smoked and the reps weren't easy so I'm happy with it.
50# @ 1:24 for the WOD - so excited about this; it's a 15# AND 12sec PR for me over last June. plus since I was able to straight-set it I am confident in the future that I could hit at least another weight PR. love this WOD.
used 65# for the OTM - felt heavy thanks to my tired arms, and I don't like push pressing at all so no worries about not thinking through each rep :)

95# 20RM Power Clean. These felt pretty good. Although I could definitely feel the burning in my forearms telling me to drop. But held on through the 20.

WOD:
1:55 65#
Loved this WOD after doing it. When I saw Isabelle come up today, I was a little concerned because Power Snatches are not a move that I feel comfortable with my form. But after listening to the pointers Josh was giving us, I felt good going in. Used 65# and busted these out with out breaking and got into a nice rhythm and it felt really good. Very happy with it!!

After WOD:
10 min OTM 5 Push Press and 25 Air Squats
Started at 100# and bumped up to 110#. 110# was pushing me for those 5 reps. Loved this whole complex of work for this day!!

1:54 @ 80# in the WOD. Went to light

WU: 110# got to 18 reps and it slipped out of my hands.

WU: 70# on the 20 rep max power cleans. Should have gone heavier.

WOD: 2:00 / 55#

Used 75# on the push press & 25 squats

Oh and getting greeted like I did by Coach Josh pretty much made my week. Been feeling pretty good so that kind of praise just tops it off. It's all good coaching & peers.
