Completed the first rally in the valley workout brutal. rx 800m time was 3:15 not sure on my run time for total 1200m rowed 750m as well before time cap ended.

Also did the first Rally in the Valley WOD. Scaled version.
finished the 800 time trial in 2:41 and got to 1258 on the erg before the 12 minute time cap.
Broke the 30 95# thrusters 5-5-5-5-3-3-2-2.

Hoping the adrenaline on Sunday will help it look something more like 10-10-5-5.

Brutal WOD! But it's kind of in my wheelhouse so I am definitely gonna have to crush this on Sunday!
