Warmup: 800m sprints 3:00,3:20. I swear Clayton comes up with these warmup sprints. WOD: 27:08 14#mb 25# DB 120# PC. Tough WOD. Last 10 rds was rough!
Warm-up: 2:46/2:42 Hoping to go 2:35 on the weekend.

HSPU killed me. Did them for first time in a WOD. Wasn't getting my head through from the bottom and therefore had to use all arms. Learned my lesson to keep my head facing the opposing wall. My neck is killing me after this one.
Felt really good on the PC. Probably could've gone heavier.
