I love working the snatch. Stayed pretty light with goal of making it to 15.

55#. 16 rounds + 11 (147 total reps). From the hang position.

Easy way to count total reps when doing these kinds of ladders:

If you are doing a ladder up to 15:

1 + 15 = 16
2 + 14 = 16
3 + 13 = 16
...
7 + 9 = 16

And this leaves us with the round of 8 leftover.

So, 1-15 is 16*7+8 = 120 reps.
