Went in and did a practice wod of one of the wods for ralley comp and had Erica time and judge.
3:28 on the 800m split of the 1200m run. 30 thrusters at 95 lbs and 473m on the rower to finish off the 12:00 minute cap. I'm goin to bed. Lol
