Warmup: 145# 1rm. Any more than that weight, I probably needed to split jerk it which I haven't practiced. 135# 2x2. WOD: 15:43 95#. Went to heavy for the push jerks. Last 15-20 reps were rough. Need to go lighter in weight and practice efficiency and cycling. Thanks for the helpful tips today Clayton. @Bus when's the clean and jerk seminar? I need to work on my split jerk!

@ Jon and anyone else interested in a Clean & Jerk Seminar:
What's Nov 30th look like? I know it's thanksgiving weekend?
I'll have to clear it with the bosses first- Bek & TW
Atart time around 10/10:30-at after the 9am?
Or even Sunday and let the seminar roll into Open gym?

Warm-up: got up to 45# on the clean, but couldn't really get it up over my head for the jerk. Dropped to 40#, but still didn't really have good form, despite good coaching. (Did fine with the PVC pipe, though!)

Hitting 195# was awesome but I still feel like I shouldn't have missed 205#. I also need to not make my bails not look quite so dramatic!

For most of October my left shoulder has been a limiting factor for me.

I'll getting some intensive therapy at PWC so hopefully I have full range of motion in time for the Rumble!

Warmup-got my Clean and Jerk at 185# before I started to have some shoulder issues. Did some mobilizing instead.

Cleaned 130# - but I couldn't jerk it. My PR for C&J is 135#. Would love to do a C&J seminar, but the Sat after Thanksgiving probably won't work for me.
