WOD: 9 rds.+ 21 Rx. Under estimated this WOD big time. Extremely tough WOD today.

Wod: 11rds+ 10 RX
Underestimated this one and would have scaled appropriately ifI saw such a poor performance coming. Still finished the rds after our consequences.
Choose you weight wisely.

Tough one...

Got through 11 rounds + 14 reps in the 12th.

Definitely bit off more than I could chew by going RX.

Ended up getting through 13 full rounds in 15 minutes and then came back and finished the last two rounds after our consequences.

Warm up: got a 17 second L sit. after that, could hardly hold a 5 or 6 second.

Got through 12 rds flat. What a tough day! Nearly wiped out on a jump. Thanks to josh for keepin my jumps in good form.

Also, pre-WOD, I hit a major PR and goal of mine: 100 pull-ups in 6 sets in under 10:00 (9:49).
