WOD: 70 box jumps, 29 c2b, 40 wall balls, total 139reps Rx. I wasn't quite getting it to my chest on some reps on my c2b so ROM.

Subtracted a few reps from my box jump total because I did a few step up/step down, not knowing that was a scale down.
Not super happy with this one, would like to give it another go.

@jon....when doing C2B, keep youe elbows pointed @ the ground , this will help when pulling chest to the bar

Warm up was great, work out was a fun "keep going" type thing. New sign ( or at least new to me) was in my head as I worked out - do you want it more than you want to breathe. Good stuff!
