Plymouth Rock
Each Division gets 2-3 stones (Rx Men 65-95-115 Rx Women 45-65-95, Scale Men and 35+ men 45-65-95, Scaled Women and 35+ women 45-65)
Athletes have 3
minutes to move the most amount of weight from ground to shoulder.
Requirements must complete 3 lifts with each stone before continuing
towards your goal of most weight moved.
Scaled Females and 35+ females must move their 45 and 65lb stones 5x each before continuing towards more weight.
* 6 people per heat

I am so ready forth is one. Loved doing the stone part of the Rally in the Valley comp... Hopefully I can move the 64# as quickly as the 45#!!!

Yesssssssss! I love you guys; this is awesome. Poor legs are going to be fried by this point but this will be great to look forward to :) Can we repeat this as a regular WOD later??

Amazing amazing push from the 6am. Julie and Niki W GREAT determination and focus up until the last rep! This WOD is pretty brutal :)

why I did this the day before the rumble, I have no idea.

What a day! I see a bunch of people were resting up for the rumble tomorrow, 5:30 was smaller than usual. One round of this was enough to feel tired, two more rounds were just icing on top.

24:52; jpu; 26.5 kbs; 45# thrusters. Towards the end it was just "I made it this far, I'm going to finish." 8 seconds to spare!
