Warmup: 12-9-6 DL 165#. WOD: 16 snatches 35#. Pull-up challenge: push-ups 30/30/30. Pull ups 4/5/5/5/6. Nice to have a short WOD after the last two days.

Didn't get a chance to do the push-ups yesterday, but I did them this morning.

200 push-ups in 3 sets in 18:33.
1st set: 102 - Major PR for me!
2nd set: 50
3rd set: 48

Btw I just wanted to make a quick comment about this whole submit your baby picture thing we got going on. I was under the impression that they wanted this to be a challenge and have people thinking and guessing. With that said, do I even have to submit my baby picture? Being the only Asian American in the entire box, you must've ignored the "DO NOT KIP" written on the rig and banged your head if you couldn't figure out who I was from all the other baby pics. Just sayin! : )

I was pissed and very disappointed with myslef that I didn't finish! However, eating one of Missy's Pumpkin pie muffins made me feel so much better. :) It was delicious!

Warm up I used 255. Went too light havent deadlifted heavy in a while so was tough to gage where to go

Was done the 21-15-9 in 3:32 and got 50 snatches with 55 pounds.

I was next to lou so he could push me through the couplet.

Thanks to Missy's "Did you get 50 reps?" comment this morning I felt compelled to come back and get 50.

Warm-up: 225#

WOD: 57 reps at 55#DB
Many thanks to Zim for pushing me. Got through the burpee/pullups 20 seconds faster than this morning.

Did this at home with a pull up bar over door frame. Unfortunately no band.

warmup: 12-9-6 @ 185# could have gone up to 205# or so I think.

WOD: 36 snatches @ 40#. Learned that my left arm is def weaker than my right on this one.....

@Jon, after hitting my head on the no kip bar during pullup challenge, I thought up a possible solution..... why not submit a random batch of Asian American kid pictures and we can guess which one is you?

Pull-up challenge Day #1 was 2-2-2-2-3
Pushups 11-9-7 I don't know where I lost my pushups in life. I used to be much better at them. But they are definite weakness now.

Warmup: 185# DL 12-9-6

WOD: 27 snatches at 35# (12-9-6 pull-ups) First time doing that many KPU in a WOD. Had to break them in sets, but tried to keep moving on them.

Pull-ups 3rd day: 1/1/1/1/1/1 (shoulders are starting to feel it)
I forgot about the push-ups until I got in bed but I drug myself out to do them - still sets of ones that are .5-.75% strict. Should I accept the tiny worm that I need to get my lower half off the ground (it is not a full worm) to try and work more reps or stick with 1 attempt per set?

21-15-9 burpees/8 pullups - never got to snatches.
Pullups scaled with red & green band.
