Fun warmup today! Like Lou said first time doing cartwheels since 1988. WOD: 7rds + 150m row. The long jumps brought back memories of my track and field days many many years ago. Push ups 35/30/30. Pull up challenge day 3, 18 reps. Had to redo day 2 challenge since I did it wrong yesterday.
Keith should have been there this morning with the video camera to capture the cartwheels...that would have been a priceless one!
Fun WOD today.
8 rounds + 150 meters+25 foot broad jump + 3 situps.
Should have finished 9 rounds but I think I was still a little dizzy from cartwheeling.
Sorry meant 50 foot broad jump

HSPU are coming along. Can now get down to kipping position but can't come back up yet. I work on these every week and they are getting there.
That foam roller on the legs was painful tonight. I guess I need to do more of it.
WOD:
Started with the broad jumps and sit-ups. 6 rds + 10 sit-ups and 100' broad jumps. Just sat down on the rower when time was up. WODs like this are just one reason I love Crossfit. Where else would you get these types of workouts!! Love the variations!
Pullup challenge day 2: Picked 2 as my number for each round. The easiest was the underhand close grip and the hardest was the wide grip.
Pushups day 3: 15/11/8 slipped a little from yesterday.
Started with the jumps. Got 6 rounds, just needed the row for a 7th.
Got 4 HSPUs in the warm up. 1st ones ever!
Day 2 on pull-ups. Did 2s
