Week 1 day 5 pull up challenge- blue band
Went to a blue band because I had a little Kip with red band and was struggling to get one. Should I continue with this?
Max reps: 2,2,2,2,3
Push ups: 17,15,17
Already see an improvement in pushups. First day I got- 15,13,13. Too bad this isn't a push up challenge!

I was movng well until I hit the OHS. They just killed me....I wasted way too much time there, ugh!

Doing this after the workout and after the pullup warm-up were problem the wrong way to go. Def feel improvement though
WOD: 6:54 & 36# - 2 minutes faster than last year!

I did this one at home. 9:55 Rx. Started to get rough during the push jerks and OHS were just no fun at all AND ate up a lot of time. Third time I did this one, 2nd time Rx and today was a PR.

Scaled the hell out of this as I'm working through a shoulder issue.
Thanks to Josh, Clayton and Keith for all of the help and tips over the last week. Shoulder seems to be improving slowly.
Didnt make it in tonight so I did this wod at the gym...and just now realized I didnt do the 4 burpees on the minute! :(
Warmup: 15 pushups & then ran a 2:02 400m (PR!)

Well, I did week 1 day 4, and let's face it, I was finshed on the 1st round of the ladder, so I did week 1 day 5 as well and got 1,1,1,2,1. Hopefully I'll remember to do my push ups this week!

I liked this WOD and I strategically placed myself next to Leah. She pushed me to "try" to keep pace with her. I might do that more often! Thanks, Leah.
Took a night off from the pull up challenge (You're welcome, Julia B.) but was glad for the push with pull ups in the warm up.
Stay with blue band....next week you will be back to red band
