Steelfit Champion Coach Erica

5 rounds for time of:
400 m run
21 Push Press 65/45#
12 SDLHP 65/45#

Trainer note: Depending on class size have rd one start lined up next to the rig. Each rd they complete move a section closer to the wb wall. If very large have half start at rig and move towards wb wall, and half start at wb wall and more towards rig. All they will be moving is themselves and their bar. Keep everyone facing the garage doors.

Scale:
4 rds
lighter weight (must use same weight for both exercises)

Post weights and time to comments

no worries Kevin just so everyone knows you need to have a score that is a time in order to represent your team. if you don't think you can complete the workout in the cap Go scaled. Rx and scaled are not weighted differently a scaled individual can also put up top times.
