Swim WOD #2 Summer 2015
6-7-15
Warm-up—(10minutes) Swimming ladder (ideally freestyle)
25-50-100-150 with exactly 30 seconds rest in between swims
*can be scaled to 25-50-75-100.
Sculling—(10 minutes) Explanation of why we do it.
• On belly hands out front, chin on top of water
• On belly hands underneath, chin on top of water
• On belly hands at hips, chin on top of water.
• On back hands at hips, moving head first
• On back hands at hips, moving feet first.
Tabata kicking with board—8 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.
