Slept in this morning.
Did 5 sets of push-ups in 5:00.

The push-ups aren't what they used to be.
Warm Up: 75 second sprint / 75 second rest for 20 minutes.

WOD: 10:10 - DU / 135#

WOD: ironically I did this WOD during Open Gym on Sunday at the 14/15 girls RX - 8:08 50 DU and 95#. So today to give my calves a break I did 5:33 10 burpees and 85# :)
(And yes every one of those girls had a much much better time than I did haha)
