This morning I saw my first MOF. What is a MOF? Mooney On Fire.
This man came into the Roosters Nest with a fierce look of determination I don't think I've ever seen from my bearded brother. When the clock hit zero for the WOD - he went to work like a possessed beast. Way to get up early and kick ass with that great intensity Mooney! I tried to keep up with you, but no no avail, I was left in your wake. #beardpower

I should have gone heavier, 145 to 155.
Wish I had time to come back tonight to tackle again at a higher weight.
