4 Minutes: Run 400m, with remaining time complete AMRAP Cindy.
3 Minutes: Rest*
*Complete 3 turkish get-ups 53/35 in each hand during rest period.

Continue where you left off on Cindy in the previous 4 minutes.But, must always run at the start of each Rd.
