5:57 @ 35#. I went light n everything today because I thought I had an OCR this weekend...Duh me, it's next weekend!!?
8 flat with 60# - this was an interesting WOD, I honestly never thought I'd see snatch balances for reps ha.
Fit Class: CF Karma bit me in the butt because I may or may not have skipped Tuesday... but Todd knew I really wanted to do Calorie Count in spite of that haha.
I was 32/26/17/10 and 36/27/18/10. It was rough; but I heard a couple of the other ladies saying that they liked being able to have done the same exact workout as everyone else :) Keep up the great work Fit coaches!
