Warmup: 2 sets at 165, 1 at 175# - huge fan of our Disney deadlifts haha
WOD: 11:00 one leg up & knees up

Fit: 10:25 - this one was harder for me personally. Still did 45-30-15 but with good mornings, jumping jacks, mountain climbers (both legs=1), and hurdle jumps. Didn't enjoy bringing my lungs into the equation ha..
