5 deadlifts + 5 hang power cleans 135/95
Everything must be unbroken. If you mess up on DU/JR start that set over. You must hold 5 continuous DL into 5 hang power cleans without the bar stopping on ground. If you stop on ground start set over

DNF @ Rx. Broke @ 25th HPC....twice....tired a 3rd time at the final round...no go.
6:43 @ 10 DUs (single-single-DU) and 115#.
DUs never felt so good. Can't string them together, but I was able to consistently do single-single-DU or single-single-single-DU without breaking.
Failed, but did not break on the 25th HPC. Adjusted grip with the barbell in my hip crease and got it up.
Great WOD with the Roosters this morning!

5:51 Rx - I messed up my 2nd set of DUs and afterwards was more scared of those reps than the lifts. Needed to save every ounce for holding the bar - not doing extra DUs :P
