AMRAP: 14 minutes 40 Double Unders (60 singles) 10 Thrusters (95/65) 10 Bar Facing Burpees ***Double Unders must be unbroken. If an athlete breaks on double unders, they will add 2 reps to the thrusters and BFB. The added reps remain until the end of the workout.***
