10 year Anniversary

Many of our local affiliate friends are in their 10th year of operation this year. as well To celebrate, we’ve banded together with three other suburban CrossFit boxes (KOP, Del Val and Generation) to bring you the ‘10 Years of CrossFit’ WOD and party! Hosted at CrossFit KOP Saturday Oct. 13th (start time 10am), this event is for all Apex members. We’ll do a fun, scalable WOD and then have a ‘get-to-know-you’ party in Aimee’s gym. After the gym, Conshy Brew Pub across the street celebrate with food and drinks. CrossFit HQ’s Dave Castro, director of the CrossFit Games, will even be there hanging out with us!
