Harvest Rumble WOD 1 Turkey Legs AMRAP x 10 minutes 5 burpee jump overs hay bale 10 front squats with Pumpkin *Sandbag carry through Emlen way, to the garage and back down the main floor. ** only 1 person may work at a time on Amrap WOD 2 The Great Pumpkin 20 sled pushes
* start at 45/25/empty sled
*both may push the sled
*every 2 min ad 25/10# to sled
30 Farmer carries - under the rig, you go I go 70/53#
-500 m pumpkin run(must be carried the entire run)
