20s of work 10s of rest for 8 rounds at each station Station 1 Sled Push for distance (rig to rig =50') Station 2 DB Hang Cleans 40/25 Station 3 Sliders (make a 50' section on broad) Station 4 Ab mat sit ups *anchor feet under DB's Rest 1 minute between stations

Max Back Squat- take about 6 + sets to work up to a max/heavy Thursday
Max Dead Lift- take about 6+ sets to work up to max/heavy Friday
