DB Rows/ Snatch Grip DL 1x10 55% 1x8 60% 1*6 70% 1*4 75% 3x10 light DB 90 degree elbow rotations
3x10 elbow rotations
 with light dumbells(start video @ 1:39) - click here  3x10 DB rows (standing tall- no legs pull to chin elbows high and outside.)
