As soon as I finished the workout, my body was screaming with pain! HSPU were really tough! Tomorrow is a must needed rest day for me!

If Josh hadn't come home when he did I would not have finished this one. After slamming my head on the ground 21 times I was mentally done so I don't really know what happened after that.

hspu are impossible, so I opted to just be able to hold a regular pushup position for 21-15-9 sec. Josh & Tan, got some weights today- used them for the dead lifts.

Also did mod dips with chair, and mod pullups on rings-- not timed, just for something extra.
