Serious effort today. We won't know how to measure this performance until we get to repeat it, but based on how I feel right now, that was all I have.

I don't think I would have had those times without the two of you! Mike thanks for leading the way and Tara for running up my heels!
This was a tough one.

I don't think I've ran that much since the fitness tests in high school! (and that was a looong time ago) It was hard, but felt great. And now I have blisters on my feet to go with the ones on my hands from yesterdays rings:-)

Can't believe the last time was the best!

Did I ever tell you how much I hate to run. My legs felt like a ton of concrete. Good work Angie you are catching on to the sickness of CF. Doesn't it feel great.

I have no idea how I am going to DL tomorrow. I guess we will have to see.

Angie...reading your comment today brought a tear to my eye. I love it! I'm not sure if you know this or not but blisters are a true sign of a crossfitter. There was just an article in this month CF Journal. Good for you!!! Keep it up!

This WOD should be re-named "heavy legs times four" So nice running with Minnucci in the park (and Jack too)
