Post times.
Check the Calander for up to date training days and times. Daily workouts start next Monday.

I did DB Bear this am.....What a killer! I dropped down from 60's to 55's after two rounds. I was at a normal gym so you could imagine the looks I was getting.
7 or 8 rds Rx'd- I lost track due to people trying to chat. Rookies!

Just finished my first 5K row at 10:30pm. Yes I am nuts however since school has been out I have been napping quite a bit. I took a 2 hr nap this afternoon so I had alot of energy. I liked it more than our 5k runs. Sweat starts a pouring about 1500-2000m in. Paced and made a strong run for the last 1000m trying to keep my pulls close to 150m/500m. My goal was to finish in under 20:00.

19:39.5 (successful)
Avg 500m was 1:58.0

My wrist was still bothering me from the ECCC so I had it checked/x-rayed today. Thank God, not fractured, strained tendons. I will still compete trying to take it easy on the wrist up until the games. At the doctors today I tipped the scales at 169.6lbs. First time under 170 since MS/HS.

Game on!! See you all in the am at Montco.
