Well it was a good workout this morning....other than the sauna like tempatures!

Atleast I got to hang out with the AM wo-MEN and open some pores. like a typical morning at the spa minus without daiquiri's.

Hot Hot Hot!! Did a WOD on my own at home after school. I mixed in a little variety and used the tire.

21 box jumps 24"
15 Tire Flips (suck)
9 Thrusters 95lbs

19:30 No idea what kind of performance. Had nothing to gauge against.

OOUUCH!!!!!! I can barely type this comment. I have never torn my hands apart like I did today. I made up "pull/bur" from yesterday and destroyed my hands. I think I lost about a gallon of sweat too. I thought of this morning's crew being too slippery to stretch :)

I'll be fine with not doing pullups for a little while. Vitamin E let the healing begin.

-tore in the 6th round, taped in the 7th, peeled off tape and skin and gloved it in the 8th to finish in...
