*If you can not complete Double Unders, complete 180 single jump ropes

That WOD looked painful this morning, I am sorry I had to watch the entire time. I wish I could have joined. Hopefully your backs and legs are not too sore tomorrow. Great work pushing through those Squat Cleans. Mike hang in there no need to go home and practice 100 more sc's. Rest up tomorrow is another day.Everyone in the Am, again awesome job today!!

Josh, if you wanted to join in so bad, why didn't you say so?? I would have let you do at least half of my squat cleans. I'm a great sharer like that :-) Of course that 65 lb bar would have been a bit easier for you to sling around than for me! Thanks for the training today Josh & Tan!!

I actually enjoy days like this. I think its good to have workouts that get in your head and really put things into perspective. Squat cleans are going to become my new favorite thing to do. I refuse to let them own me again!!!

My arms, legs and back are achy. I just want to sleep. Loved the workout today, am becoming addicted.

You guys put your bodies through 2 days of intense work...if I DIDN'T hear comments like theses I would be worried we weren't challenging you enough. Great effort and determination to both the 5:30 and 6:30 group!!!

Rest up and stretch tonight :)
