Its definetly an intimidating workout on paper, but I have to agree that I kind of dug it as well.

And I can speak for the 6:30 group, but way to go jodi, performing the workout with your MAX LIFTS.

Yeah what a great morning! I love watching everyone throw around that kind of weight. Really got to see each person dig down deep to get it done. Nice work, you all should be proud of yourselves!
