7-16-08 "Tabata Something Else"

20 seconds on 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of each:

Pull-Ups
Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Air Squats

Post total number of reps for each of the 4 exercises.

Thanks for the encouragement. It was definetly intense this morning. As for your workout, I think you would be bored unless you had your weighted vest with you! :o)
