and Josh and I first did 3-3-3-3-3 Push Jerks. Fun, but my wrists are hurting and my collar bone is bruised.

okay, so, as a newbie sometimes ignorance is bliss. with that in mind i have no idea what a 'respectable' time for this wod is but i'll post mine anyway. i did it with 75 single jumps instead of double unders.

nxt time will probably put my feet further away on ring rows but for now my traps are sore from Monday :-)
