Deadlift (1.5 x Bodyweight)
Sq. Clean (0.75 Bodyweight)
Bench Press (Bodyweight)

Molly and I had a little Linda party today. Workouts like this one help you build up a layer of tuff that never goes away. Nice work.

Julia joined us for a shot at Fran. Excellent effort.

Kim and I did Fran - 4:45 for me. Second time I hit that exact time. Spending my rest day walking Hershey park and eating junk didn't improve my time. That's strange.

Wow...this workout was a long journey of self discovery! Afterwards I felt ok, but then I got back to work and sat at my desk......I cant say I have felt right since then. What a doozy! Now i understand why death is used in the name. ta ta for now!

Mike I think you shed atleast 5 lbs of water weight during that 35min WOD.
Angie, Khara and Elaine nice work this afternoon with your first Linda. Khara, mentally I am proud of you staying with the exercises and finishing it out. Angie great job going heavy!! Elaine your squat cleans look much better.

Thanks to the new crossfitters at Noon. You did a great job with your AMRAP WOD. Can't wait to see you again on Mon. Until then Enjoy your weekend.

Just did todays .com WOD. Felice my arms and chest are smoked from yesterday. you were not kidding about that being an arms workout.
I could hardly hold the bar overhead. First time doing OHS since injury to wrist. Felt OK! Time to ice and massage. See you tomorrow.

Linda...she's no joke. There's a reason she has a name, all the killer WOD's do!

Scrappy, don't be so hard on yourself, even people you think squat clean well can stand to improve. It is a TOUGH movement! I know you weren't the most happy fella but I'm proud of you for fighting through.

Khara, your first time with heavy weight and we give you Linda! Way to stay strong GOOD FOR YOU! Ang, I can't wait to see your new deadlift max...I'm so excited, ya looked great! E, what can I say, I KNEW you could get that damn clean!!!YIPPEEEE!

...now go take advil and ice up, we have a good one for ya'll tomorrow morning :)

As for me, 21-15-9 OHS(65)/Burpee
6:04...you know Josh is hurting when he has to break up OHS sets of 21 and 15 and he's using 65lbs...yesterday killed him!
