20:57 used 50lbs (that's all i had at the house here- but it's still better that 45 :-) ) did okay until the round of 4's, 3's, and 2...then i was able to blow thru the last one. the runs killed me (up hill on my driveway)- you'd never guess i used to run distances! but perhaps next time i'll try eating breakfast first :-) coffee just doesn't cut it- go figure.
So we all took a stab at the 7 of Hearts today. The 200m started at the end of the blue mats by the stereo and ended at the firehydrent. We did power cleans and kept the workout fast and intense. So far we have had some serious gamers.
5:30 Molly and Jodie continue to bring some serious intensity for the early birds. Mike has the fastest time so far with 12:35 using 95#s.
6:30 Kim M. had the fastest women's time so far with 14:47 (I think, Kim correct me if I am wrong).
7:30 Keith and I took on 7oH with 135#s. Want to know my time. Go to the gym and find out.
Our Q-town group did a great job with the 7oH. We got the pleasure of using the indoor track. Melissa took the best time using 75lb for the power clean and had a time of 14:05.
Can't wait to see our afternoon group. More results to be posted.
Tanya and I plan on taking on this Wod later this afternoon. Can't wait. Tanya might have to use 135lb in order for me to keep up!:)
Noon group at Montco Sports, great job. Joe way to fight through that 30min of work. Thanks to the awesome group they helped out and ran Joe's last 200m with him. That is what CrossFit is all about. When you see that guy next to you struggling to get through a workout and you use that last breath of oxygen to encourage a fellow crossfitter you have now joined the CrossFit Circle. See ya Friday!!

This WOD would have been a killer with Squat Cleans!
