Filthy Fifty was a doozy this morning. Its the closest Ive been to meeting pukie since starting a month and a half ago. All in all, it was pretty fun...and its always nice to get a time logged for a benchmark workout.
Way to stick through all 500 reps this morning...way to go. Nice work to both the 5:30 and 6:30 crew.

CFT with Josh...I don't know if my head was ready for all that weight today. Whew, it's been too long for me pulling on that kind of weight. I rushed my last squat, but I know I can get it...I just rushed it. My press...felt tired, my traps and lats didn't have the fire today. As for deadlifts...yikes! It was a fight for my 265 and from there I could only get an inch off the ground on the right side only. As much as I'm annoyed, I know it's ok to have these days. I know I need to get my heavy lifts back on track. Looking forward to this again in a little while.
Molly, your box jumps looked AWESOME today! Your jumps have come so far...even in the burpees, you looked great jumping your feet up flat...I love it! Keep up the great work!!!
I agree with everyone! After doing CFT at the East Coast Challenge, today was a huge let down. I appreciate the motivation Mike!! Squat- 305-315F-315-(+5)(Wus weight!!) Shoulder Press- 185-195F-195F(-10) Dead Lift- 445, 460, 485(+10lbs HAPPY) Total- 480(+5)
Are you guys doing Helen at the gymnastics center? Thats a pain running in and out the door:/ Keith killer on the deadlift today!! 500 is in the near future.
Today I felt crappy on the CFT. First time since Albany.
