7-31-08 10k run

Take yourself for a run today. It's hot so plan on drinking lots of fluids!

(that's 6.2 miles in case you just wondered)

Ran the 15k from cf.com. 1:25.21
I dropped 6#'s of water on this run. I'm feeling a little wiped out. The last mile was difficult to stay focused.

WOW Fish, good for you. Wish I could have run it with you but our schedule has been hectic. Tanya and I are planning on Helen today and the 15K tomorrow. Great job, I am actually looking forward to see what I can do. I have never run more than 3.1 mi. Slow and steady is my plan.

Thank god today is my day off.......I think ill just sit here and binge eat while I think about you guys taking hour long runs......eeewwww running!

Alright, so I thought there was no way I was going to run, but....after a HUGE helping of sushi for lunch followed by a bunch of cookies and half a box a fruit loops....I felt pretty guilty.

So I ran the 6 miles. I didnt time it, but I didnt stop running and felt pretty ok. So 6 mile run on day off, check! for some reason I still feel guilty though...damn that toucan Sam

Mike...I wish we could have ran this with you, awesome freakin job! Can't wait to try this one, but I'm nervous as hell!

One crazy day...it's 10:20 and we just ate dinner and haven't worked out yet. Not sure if we'll be meeting with helen tonight or not :(
