I didn't check the WOD until after I was finished working out. Heavy Squat today, last set of two 295lbs with no help. Legs felt great and I hope the 1000lbs is on the horizon!
Hi Josh and Tano- how did it go? we are thinking of you every day this weekend!!! just did Helen- had to modify for my 'newbie-ness' of course. did 3 laps up the driveway (400 meters) then used two gallon jugs of H2O for my kettleballs (i think they were a bit too light), then used the kids swingset trapeze bar for pull ups- man, i am weak!!! i have a ways to go but already feel great tightening up my bod! John did a WOD with me up at the lake and he's still whining about being sore! feeling groovy,,,,
