For time:

50 Wall ball (15#)
40 Double Unders (120 Single)
30 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
20 Steps (Single arm Db 20#, 10 steps ea. leg)
10 Box jumps 24"

well, i lack the creativity to work out all the substitutions so i can do this one at home. So, i did this

4 rounds for time:
50 ring rows
50 lunges
and when i went to check my time at the end....yeah, was stuck at 0:07...and i don't think i'm that quick! so no time to post but lots of sweat, sucking air, and shaking limbs so i think it was good.

Lake Wod tomorrow, and not sure what i should do for Sunday at the lake....

Ran a 15k this afternoon. Now I know why people don't do a run like this often even ever. The back of my L knee feels like I have a torn ACL. Freaking A. Other than that I felt great. Cardio was not the problem however muscle fatigue really starts to set in.

I can finally say I've run more than 5 miles at one time. I did a little over the 15k today and wow, what a great feeling to be done! I don't think my knees have ever been this sore or felt this terrible. It was a great sense of accomplishment and I don't know if I could have done that one alone. If I wasn't staring at Josh's back trying not to let him get too far ahead, I was feeling his sweat on my heels...so either way it pushed me! This was the longest crossfit wod I've ever done :)
