wow- hope i can complete as many workouts this week as i did this past week! i finished yesterday with 5 days of work in a row! i'm starting to "Khara-size" things and the obsession intensifies. need to get back with Tanya and Josh to work on form and with heavier weights.
Did Tabata Something Else: 411 reps. (jumping pull ups and modified push ups)
Did the lake wod and had a PR of 11:11
today i start at my new job- finally getting paid!!! and it's a crossfit rest day.

For the first day of the Benchmark week, the 5:30 am crew represented with PR's and improvements across the board. Awesome job to Jod-I and Molly this morning.

As for me, I was a little worried. I felt like I put it all on the table 3 weeks ago with Cindy when I did 20 rounds and 5 pull-ups. Today, fortunately, I got to slap Cindy around a little some-in some-in with a new PR of 24 rounds even.

Only time will tell if these performances can be maintained throughout the entire week. I’m excited to see what the rest of us are capable of and what monsters Crossfit has made us.

Love to hear the great news for Day 1. Scrappy killer job with 24rds. I just may have to take a shot at Cindy as well although Murph is on .com today and I have never attempted such an insane workout. Well see this afternoon. See everyone tomorrow in the AM.
Khara I am glad to see you are sticking with your WOD's. Sometimes it can get tough working out by yourself. TSE score of 411 is fantastic.
Congrats on collecting a paycheck!!

YIPPEE...I love to see new PR's, it's so exciting! Great first day 5:30 crew :)Scrappy you are a beast going up 4 rounds in that short of time, awesome!

Khara, keep up the great work! We'll have to plan a day soon to refresh technique and throw some weight around. Good luck today!

this week has only begun

SO....Scrappy you set the bar high my friend. I did not like having to go against such a tough score to beat. Thanks Tanya for your motivation. I took on Cindy in the dark of the night 8:30pm and PR'd with a score of 25rds + 3 pull ups.

My legs are still shaking. The last time I took on this biznatch was back in March at CrossFit OCMD and put up a score of 18 +5/10/5
