Made up "hell" from yesterday with Mom. Great work Elaine!!! Your squat cleans are beautiful...way to go. She did 10 minutes of 15 meters with 45lb bar. Killed it.
4 rds + 2 sq cleans. Awesome :)

I did 15 minutes of 15 meters with 65lbs. My quads are still smoked from the 15k last thursday and my walking lunges reminded me every step of the way! I think I may have pulled a few muscles in my rear end as well... I dont' really know I can't move too well right now and I don't want to try!

Did a prior .com WOD with
rowing, thrusters and pull ups. Should have been Fran's ugly sister. I tried to keep up with Feliciani's times however after the 2nd round I had a meeting with Pukie before finally finishing my 3rd round. Horrible.
