That was much tougher than I thought. I felt that the reps of 7's would not be to overwhelming however it started to gas me more that I thought running into round 4 and 5.

First of all, Julia, you did AWESOME tonight! You are a powerhouse throwing that weight around with impeccable form. Beautiful! And way to fight through the pull ups, that's not easy.

That was a doozie! My word....first time with weighted pull ups...yikes! I used 15lb and I have to say my chin was NOT over the bar on ever one. During 5th round last rep I tried 3 times to get my chin over and couldn't pull any harder. They blew my doors off! I haven't sweated like that in a long time. Felt great when I was done :)

Thanks Tanya, I had a blast with that workout. My son said on the way home, "I didn't know you could do that!"

Later I was telling a girlfriend that Aaron didn't think I could lift weights...he corrected me and said, "Mom, I didn't say you couldn't, I just said I didn't know you could!"

I still want to know how Molly and Jodie did pull ups this a.m.
